This 70m2 jewel on the ground floor of the villa will seduce all types of travellers. Offering relaxation and tranquillity in a green setting with a breathtaking panorama, you will experience memorable holiday moments.

It is equipped with all the necessary comforts to allow you to recover from the tourist days in the surroundings (Monaco, Menton, Italy, Eze...).

This luxury must be earned because its access is by a staircase of 150 steps, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This independent accommodation is cosy and functional. We have put all our heart into making it warm and welcoming so that you will have excellent memories of it and, above all, the desire to come back.

You will have access to a private garden equipped with a hammock, a charcoal barbecue as well as a sink, a fridge and a freezer. The pool is private.

Please note that the access to the house is via a 150 step staircase. This particularity nevertheless allows you to be in a quiet area, without any facing neighbours, and just a stone's throw from the centres of interest.
